At the beginning of this year, I wrote about a shift in our work: beginning explicitly with Clarity Before Change. Since then, much of the work has focused on making this starting point easier to understand, experience and use.
This issue brings together the latest developments: Multi-language reflection tool, an expanded Academy, a continuing education project, new articles and videos, and two book projects. The connecting question remains the same: how can we help people see how their organization actually works before deciding what to change?
Organization Reflection Guide now available in six languages
The Organization Reflection Guide, our tool for Structured Reflection, is now available in English, German, Spanish, Italian, French and Portuguese. All language versions are ready for use in client projects with immediate effect.
The Private Organization Reflection Guide is already online and available in all languages for immediate use. It offers a private first step towards understanding how an organization works and provides the basis for an Organization Twin and a subsequent Private Guided Clarity Session.

The Academy
The Academy now offers dedicated spaces for Discovery, Private, Clients, Clarity Mentors and Certification. Each supports a different starting point, from exploring the approach to reflecting on a personal experience, working with an Organization Twin or developing professional practice.
An array of new articles, guides and brochures has been added. Many of these additions are available in English, German, Spanish, Italian, French and Portuguese. The aim is to help readers find the material relevant to their situation and take the next step with a clearer sense of purpose.
For those beginning to explore Clarity Before Change, Discovery is a useful place to start. For clients and mentors, the dedicated Academies provide resources to support reflection, conversation and continued learning.

Learning with the Organization Twin
For the third year, Management Insights is supporting Prof. Dr. Johanna Anzengruber’s Master’s class on Leading Transformation for Impact Organizations in Linz, Austria. This year, 26 students will work with Clarity Before Change, using the Organization Reflection Guide and the Organization Twin.
The Organization Twin will accompany the students throughout their entire program. It provides a continuing reference for exploring how leadership, management and work interact, and for connecting what they learn with the organizations they examine.
A simpler website
The entire website has been simplified and focused on Clarity Before Change. The main parts of the offering are now fully operational in English, German, Spanish and Italian.
The intention is to make it easier to understand the approach, find a suitable starting point and access the resources that support it. The expanded Academy complements these public pages with material for each stage of engagement.

New articles and videos
I have added many articles on Patterns of Mastery and innovation as part of the preparation for this year’s Global Drucker Forum. They explore questions at the heart of our work: the conditions organizations create, the patterns that shape performance and the role of leadership in making room for new possibilities.
Twelve new English-language videos are also available. They introduce Management Insights, Clarity Before Change, the Organization Twin, Guided Clarity Sessions and Structured Reflection. Further topics include the 3am Moment of Leadership and AI and the Organization Twin.
Together, the articles and videos offer different ways to become acquainted with the work and to continue a conversation with colleagues or clients.

At the Global Drucker Forum
I will be attending the Global Drucker Forum this year, bringing Patterns of Mastery and Clarity Before Change into conversations with participants. I look forward to exchanging experiences and discussing how leaders can gain a clearer understanding of their organizations.
If you will be there too, I would be pleased to meet you.
Clarity Before Change arrives in January
Clarity Before Change will be published by LID Publishing on 28 January 2027. Thank you to everyone who has contributed advance praise and supported the book on its way to publication.
A companion workbook is already available in the Academy’s Library Guides. It offers a way to begin reflecting on your own organization ahead of the book’s release and can accompany a Private Guided Clarity Session or work with an Organization Twin.

The next book project
Work is also progressing on The Organization Twin, with publication expected in May 2027. The book develops the idea of digital mirrors as a way to help leaders see and discuss how their organizations work.
It continues the exploration behind Clarity Before Change: making organizational patterns visible so that reflection and conversation can inform the choices leaders make.

Continuing the conversation on LinkedIn
Our LinkedIn campaigns bring these themes into shorter conversations, including Clarity Before Change, the contribution of executive teams and the professional practice of consultants and advisors. The series A Serious Method for Serious Work speaks directly to those considering how to bring the approach into their client work.
An invitation
I invite you to explore the new Academy material, watch a video or bring a question from your own work to a conversation. For Clarity Mentors, the November Partner Practice offers a further opportunity to learn together.
Thank you for your continued interest and collaboration.
