Purpose of This Page

The work of Management Insights is primarily reflective and dialogical. From time to time, we offer structured learning formats for those who want to engage more directly—with the ideas, the method, or the practice. This page describes those formats and when they make sense.

How to Use This Page

Engagement is optional. Many people read, reflect, and never participate in a formal format. Others choose a specific entry point when timing and context are right. There is no recommended sequence—except one: Clarity comes before commitment.

Public Sessions & Conversations

From time to time, we offer public sessions and conversations as part of ENGAGE. Participation is optional and places are limited to keep the sessions dialogical. The calendar below lists currently scheduled opportunities.

Public ENGAGE sessions are for orientation and shared reflection. Private clarity sessions are arranged separately.

Guided Clarity Session (Online/Onsite)

The Guided Clarity Session is the recommended starting point for most people. It provides a safe introduction to the Organization Twin and supports understanding before any decision is made.

Clarity Before Change (Online)

Purpose

A one-hour Masterclass orientation session introducing the idea of organizational clarity and the logic of Organization Twins.

For whom

Leaders, board members, and consultants who want to understand the approach before engaging further.

Format

Online (Zoom), small group, dialog-based. Offered periodically.

Certification in Guided Clarity Practice (Hybrid)

Purpose

To support consultants and advisors who want to work professionally with Organization Twins in their client practice.

Focus

• Methodological grounding
• Ethical and professional standards
• Guided application and mentoring

Certification is by choice and by fit, not by volume.

A Note on Timing

Engagement works best when:

• Curiosity is present
• Pressure is low
• Context is clear

There is no advantage in moving quickly.
