4. Survey Platform (Alchemer)

Our Executive Surveys are hosted on the platform Alchemer
(Boulder, CO, USA).

Alchemer processes data on our behalf as a data processor.
Appropriate contractual safeguards are in place to ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR-standard safeguards for data transfers to the United States.

Survey data is accessed only by authorized persons involved in the interpretation and facilitation of Guided Clarity Sessions.


5. Purpose of Data Processing

We process personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries and communication
  • Organizing Guided Clarity Sessions and related conversations
  • Conducting structured reflections and surveys
  • Creating Organization Twins at an aggregated, systemic level

  • ranking or benchmarking individuals
  • marketing without explicit consent
