What You Will Experience

The session consists of two clearly separated parts.

1. Structured Reflection (approx. 15 minutes)

You will complete a short, carefully designed set of questions that invites reflection on:

  • How management works in your organization
  • How leadership interpretation shapes action
  • How organizational capabilities support or limit performance

There are no right or wrong answers.
The focus is on patterns, not people.

2. Guided Conversation (30 minutes)

You will then explore your Organization Twin together with an experienced mentor.
In this conversation:

  • We interpret patterns—not metrics
  • We ask questions—not give prescriptions
  • We focus on understanding—not solutions

You decide what matters.
You decide what comes next.


What the Organization Twin Shows

Your Organization Twin is a visual representation of organizational patterns, showing how:

  • Management practices interact
  • Leadership interpretation influences outcomes
  • Capabilities enable or constrain performance

It does not show:

  • Individual performance
  • Personal strengths or weaknesses
