How can leaders understand their organization more clearly before deciding what to change?
This inquiry led to the Organization Twin and the practice of Clarity Before Change: Structured Reflection, visual patterns, and guided dialogue that support understanding and informed choice.
Research and organizational experience have developed together throughout my work. My books document this learning—from understanding management practices to developing mastery.
Today, I focus on refining the Organization Twin, advancing research, writing, and supporting leaders and Certified Clarity Mentors.
