Expert Practice: Toolkit and Cockpit

The expert practice provides a space to experience and practice the use of the Management Innovation Toolkit with the Organization Twin Cockpit.

The sessions consist of three two-hours sessions that we schedule in agreement with participants within a one-month period.

The practice requires some preparation and includes case study work.

PROGRAM

Three 2 hours sessions: For sessions 2 and 3, case study work is required.

Session 1: Organization, modules, Cockpit software, Med Tech case study
Session 2: Design, principles and tools, Fast Food case study
Lecture 3: Development, projects, Pharma case study

METHOD

We combine experiential, case-based learning with interactions among participant.

The documentation will be accessible through our portal.
