All content, models, texts, graphics, concepts, and methods—including the Organization Twin—are protected by intellectual property rights.

In all cases, liability is limited to the scope of the agreed services.
Fees, honoraria, and payment terms are agreed individually.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
All legal relationships are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.
Place of jurisdiction is Bellinzona (TI), Switzerland.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the intended economic purpose.
