What is the purpose of the app?
Unmanaged enables structured reflection across core organizational elements. It helps leaders gain clarity before acting.
Is this a diagnostic or consulting tool?
No. The app does not provide advice, evaluation, or recommendations. It supports disciplined observation.
What happens after I complete the reflection?
Participants may request a private Guided Clarity Session. After the session, they receive their Organization Twin (PDF), a structured representation of their organization.
How is my data handled?
Data is treated confidentially and used solely for structured reflection and, if requested, preparation of a Guided Clarity Session. No data is sold or shared with third parties.
Can I export my data?
Yes. If you participate in a Guided Clarity Session, your structured reflection can be exported and provided to you as part of your Organization Twin documentation.
