Certification in Guided Clarity Practice (Online)

For partners and professionals facilitating clarity before change.

Purpose

To certify participants in the Guided Clarity Practice, enabling them to facilitate structured clarity sessions based on Organization Twins, guided interpretation, and diagnostic dialogue. The certification establishes a shared foundation, language, and quality standard for professional practice.

This certification is designed for:

• Certified and prospective partners
• Consultants, facilitators, and advisors
• Leaders and professionals working with organizations in transition

Participation requires prior exposure to the Organization Twin approach or equivalent orientation.

Program Structure

The certification program for Phase 1 and Phase 2, covering:

• Orientation to Guided Clarity Practice
• Foundations of diagnostic facilitation
• Interpretation of Organization Twin patterns
• Application in real facilitation settings

The program is delivered across 5 online sessions, combining input, dialogue, and applied reflection.

• Each session: 90 minutes

• Scheduled to accommodate European, American, and Asian time zones
• Dates agreed and communicated upon confirmation
