The course consists of lectures, self-study and the accreditation.
Five 2-3 hours lectures: For every lecture, there is reading and case preparation work to be completed.

Lecture 3: Design, leadership toolbox, management models, maturity, competitive advantage, pharma case
Lecture 4: Capabilities, city case
Lecture 5: Business, Management Expert Cockpit, marketing, the portal, certificate, software case
We combine experiential, case-based training, reading, videos, awareness building, case studies and interactions among participant.
Participants get access to the extensive documentation through our portal.
